Grady is 3 months old today!! It has been three months of new adjustments for myself, Jason, AND Carter. Carter has learned all about patience, gentle touches, and how to be the BEST big brother ever. Jason has taken on a whole new set of responsibilities that I appreciate more than words can say. I remember my friend Beth saying that it is more of an adjustment for the dads when a second child arrives. I agree with her!! Over the last 3 months, I have learned how to manage my time to the best of my ability and be a better planner (even though I THINK that has always been a strength of mine!).
I make sure I give myself a big pat on the back and even a big glass of wine in the evening when I am able to shower, bathe both of the kids, leave the house on some type of outing with the kids, AND put a hot meal on the table all in the same day. No matter how stressed I get I know that one of my precious boys will do something sweet at the end of the day to put a smile on my face.
Grady has been such a precious newborn. He is a good nurser, he sleeps 11-12 straight hours a night, and is so content 24/7. We have all fallen in love with our darling G-Man!

Oh my goodness! What a beautiful baby boy! I think he really did try to say Bye Bye! Made my heart melt :)
