In a little over a month, we will be headed down to the Jersey Shore for a week!! I know my southern friends think I am crazy when I speak so highly of the shore, but they have no idea what they are missing. And please know that when I say we are headed to the shore, we aren't headed to Seaside Heights to hang with Snookie or The Situation. Stone Harbor, NJ is a little different then what some people think of when they imagine The Jersey Shore.
