Up His Nose!

I am turning into a huge fan of Twitter, thanks to my friend @ugamommy and some other moms who write the most amazing blogs.  Now that Facebook has made some changes, I might be a 100% faithful tweeter rather than splitting my time between Facebook and Twitter.  Anyway, one of the moms I follow, @MommyFriend, writes articles for the specific section 'Toddler times" on Babble.com/toddler.  One of her postings was asking for pictures of "Toddlers being Toddlers". She wanted to put pictures together for a slide show.  I was all over it and didn't think twice about what picture I was going to send.  Can you guess which picture I used of Carter?  PLEASE take a guess and see if you are correct before you check out the website!!  His picture is towards the end.

The day after Carter's picture was included in her slide show, I then get THIS article from Babyzone sent to my hotmail inbox.

All I could think to myself is that someone hacked into my computer and sent this to me as a hint!! It had to have been a coincidence, right?  I am always so self conscience about people judging me about how I raise my kids.  Here I am thinking that the picture I sent in was hysterical, but maybe other moms think it's part child abuse to let him do that.  Do I let Carter stick things up his nose all day everyday? Of course not, but he's a BOY, and he is always doing gross and wild things that either make me gag in disgust or gasp in horror!

Either way, I am excited to say that Carter made the cut and was included in on the slide show.  I love pictures of toddlers being toddlers.  I love that kids can make us smile and laugh despite how bad our day has been.

  1. I'm becoming a lover of Twitter too! FB changes is making it easier to make the change! I also think it's more fun to interact with people you don't personally know.
That's great that Carter's picture was chosen for the slide show! I enter my fur kids in things like that too! My little Lucy has been Pet Pic of the Day on many occasions! ;)
