I don't know if it's because the holidays are here or what, but I am loving all of the recipes on Pinterest lately. I have pinned so many that I don't even know what to do with all of them. This is where I came up with the idea of a challenge for myself. I am going to cook AT LEAST one dinner a week from a recipe I have found on Pinterest. I plan on doing this for the whole month of November. In order for me to really do this, I am going to have to plan, plan, and plan some more. To be realistic, I am going to start next week. I already have most of my dinners planned for this week. Maybe I'll try an app or something this weekend as a football watching treat, but no promises. The first part of my planning is to pick which dinners to cook and when. I will then try and decide which day of the week to cook this special dinner. Then there is the dreaded grocery list and grocery shop....my least favorite part of cooking!!
I typically do my grocery shopping Monday morning after dropping Carter of at preschool. It's me, Grady, Wegman's, and a cup of coffee.
Well, here is what I have decided on. You can click on the recipe title to find the recipe. And if you haven't checked out Pinterest, do it soon! If you need an invite, please let me know!!! Happy Pinning!
Here is my plan:
Week of Nov 6: Cheesy Chicken and Rice Bake

Do you have a favorite dinner recipe? Please share!!! I am always looking for quick and easy dinners. I feel like I just make the same thing over and over again. I guess you can call me a creature of habit! Anyway, feel free to join me in this challenge. Enjoy!!
